I am so glad you are here. In our world of social connection, we often find ourselves more disconnected than ever. So, I’m glad you are here and I am honored to be a small part of your journey. 

I am a mother, an educator, a leader, a sister, a daughter, a partner, and a friend. When we are at our most vulnerable, we have the most potential for growth and change. Everything is an opportunity. A few years ago, my whole life changed in some very unexpected ways. Writing has been one way I have been able to keep showing up, even when I wasn’t sure I could. It has allowed me to see the opportunities for change in my own life and to process the path that I have taken to get to this point. 

We need people to be there for us and with us during these times. Thank you for letting me be one of your people.
