How do you know when it’s time, or if it’s time, to start something new? Last week, I started a new position – a new principal position. Starting a new position in the middle of a global pandemic is scary and uncertain. In this time of social distancing and putting life on pause due to the coronavirus, many of us are doing what we do best – being hard on ourselves and those around us.
So, just for today, let’s think about giving ourselves some grace.
When I was a kid, we practiced social distancing regularly. We called it boredom.
